Is this legal advice?
No. Pullover Prep is general information about traffic stops in the United States. It is not a law firm, and it does not create a lawyer-client relationship. If you are charged and cannot afford a lawyer, ask the court to appoint one.
What stays free?
The pulled-over script, the national rights page, state detection, and one insurance card. Standard adds the state guides, search, offline reading, a two-state comparison, extra cards, registration, a saved license, and expiration reminders. Premium adds recording where that is lawful, a text to an emergency contact, an incident note you can export, and lawyer and legal-aid links.
How does the 7-day trial work?
New subscribers are offered a 7-day trial when Apple or Google says they are eligible. If you are not eligible, the store charges the price shown that day. Cancel in the store at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want the plan to continue. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Will a photo of my insurance card count?
A photo in the app is a picture of a card. It is not a promise that an officer will accept it. The Cards screen says Checked only for states whose electronic-insurance statute was read. Every other state says Not checked yet. Tell the officer before you reach for the phone. A saved license photo does not replace the physical license when the law requires it.
Where do my cards and recordings go?
They stay on the phone. Card fields go in the device keychain. Photos are encrypted files in the app's private storage. Pullover Prep does not upload them. Location is used only when you tap Use my location, to pick a state, or to add a map link to an emergency text your own messaging app sends.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Manage or cancel the plan in your Apple or Google account settings. Pullover Prep does not run a refund desk. Ask the store that billed you.
The law text looks unfinished.
That is intentional. A topic marked Not checked yet was not confirmed against the statute for this release. The roadside advice is still shown. The legal conclusion is not treated as confirmed. The review date is on the guide.
